So for some context I've met up with this girl twice now, she's been investing quite a lot double messaging asking me about my day etc. So yesterday she said she missed me and I accidentally left it on read for like 6/7 hrs. I gave her a decent reply after but she only responded a few words. So not knowing what to reply I sent her a funny Instagram reel that was pretty relevant to us and she just hearted it. Where to go from here bros?
I would just let it sit for a couple of days and then re-open her about something

She is most likely just trying to follow your same level/energy of texting since you left an "I miss you" message on read.
