How to follow up

I texted this girl to meet up with her about a month ago but she was out of town - at the time she was showing interest. I re-engaged her when she came back, but she doesn't seem as interested. I hit her with the nervous text and she said this, but I'm not sure how to respond in a way that doesn't sound overly logical
