This girl seems real receptive, but she's turned down my ideas for some meetups. Trying to figure out how to response next. Mind you she's a hippie type so I was going for weird DHVs. Any ideas?

I think you DLVed yourself a bit by admitting your cheap and look for easier ways to get things done, even if you are you don’t want her to think that, she might also think you take that approach to women as well

In the Blueprint product he has a selection of memes you can borrow and send and one of them is Ryan Gosling “hey girl, the way you’re always studying is so sexy” try that if you want since she mentioned school
If it’s been a couple days change topics maybe just re-open her with a Gosling meme and then go from there, banter/vibe a few texts then based on how her reactions are decide on attempting another soft close or addressing shit tests/concerns she might spew out
