Honestly, I've been in this situation and the best advice I have is to really just ignore her and not text her much. I'm talking days or weeks at a time. It shows you're unavailable and initiates the chase. Every time you bring up meeting up and she doesn't really respond just ignore her for a while. It'll show her that the only way she can talk to you is if y'all meetup and fuck.
Really need more context. Without then we need to make a ton of assumptions.
If she's still texting then she's interested in something. Whether that's the attention, a FWB, or for you to push harder, don't know without screenshots.
Best advise I can think of without more info is go for a soft close again. If she reacts well, great. If she reiterates no romance, try suggesting it will just be casual between friends
