Really depends on the context whether it's a girl or a girl you banged already. If it's a random chick, I might just say "Cute" and like the photo. Or like the photo and change the topic
Not yet banged, still in the process of setting up a date but shes sending me pictures throughout the day and selfies
You can just say something like "Cute. I think it's gonna look even better in real life" or something like that
I think the best way is to say you prefer to see that in person.
"Hhmm that would look even better with me in it"
Or something like that
