Been talking to this girl for 3 weeks. First 2 weeks she wasn’t answering a lot but now she is answering more sporadically. I asked her when she wants to meet up and she responded “Hmmmmm I’ll think ab it”. What should I say.

Yes, after at least 24-48 hours this is good, but after another 48 hours following "don't think too hard" and no response - it's either a dead lead OR she needs a bigger sample of your personality, so send her something at that point high vibe and self amusing without soft closing again til she reengages a few times after that.

Yea because I almost never get the meet up even if the girl is the one who is super interested in me lmao.
If you’ve been persistent with her for the past 3 weeks even though she’s barely giving you the time of day, then she knows she’s got you in her pocket. Basically, she’s not going to give you her time and high investment if she knows she can keep you around with minimal effort/investment.
You need to either call out her lack of investment in a playful way, or hit her with a takeaway like “If I’m wasting my time just let me know and I’ll stop trying.” This shows her that you have better things to do with your life than wait around on her, and she’ll make more effort to keep you around if she’s actually interested in you.
