How do I respond in a fun but assertive way here?

I did the basic opener we all know and love at this point, and she hits back in a way that is both sarcastic and frame controlling. What's the right next step here?
Something like: "you think highly of my opinion already... I have much to teach you" is not fun and flirty enough is it?
Maybe something witty where I insinuate that a good opinion results in the prize (me)?
Any ideas?
