Honestly, unless she's like an 11 or 10/10 she seems not neccasarily worth the effort. It seems like you're going to put in a lot of effort and build a lot of comfort and even then you might not get to do anything with her. Now, if you're okay with putting in a lot of effort with possibly very limited benefits then I would proceed by just meeting up as soon as possible with her and building as much comfort between you and her as possible. You'll want to avoid making any crazy sex jokes etc. until you and her and better acquainted so she isn't scared off.
