With that being said cuddle lines aren’t bad, if you want to screen for level of DTF. This is one of those cases where, maybe used it a little too early or might also be dealing with an archetype that’s not super “open” as others might be.
Now, to respond, you could just flip the script.
“Sorry to disappoint! I need Chemistry, first ;)”
Or
“Hate to break it to you. We’re gonna need Chemistry, first! I’m not that easy 😏”
