She responds to almost every message i send quickly and she likes almost every message i send but she will not commit to plans. ill start when i try to make plans

do i just leave it? she wont make plans. now she isnt even acknowledging them anymore. seems like shes just wasting my time at this point. if i ask again for her schedule that would be weird and pushy. i dont want to become her penpal either. idk how to keep this going towards a date
