your last text was pretty bad here. Your trying to address an objection that might not even exist. I don't think that you can say this chick is ghosting on you she might just be legit busy. You gotta be persistent and not get needy and youll have pretty good chances on seeing her again.

Agreed here that sometimes it just happens theres no rhyme or reason. Girls do not exactly follow a standard logical pattern. Everyone is just different and they ghost for a million different reasons. In fact, sometimes there is literally no reason at all they just feel it and do it.
However: I think in this situation, your re-engage is a little confusing. I don't know how your interaction went but I don't even know how she is supposed to reply to "seems like something is on your mind."
I would wait like a week more like 2 weeks and then hit her up again. Be direct and just say "hey we should hangout again soon. You down?" - if she ghosts to that then you have your answer and just move on.
I agree with you Max and Jon, the reengage was a little strange and she might have just ghosted for any number of reasons. however, don't go with hey we should hang soon" right away. you're gonna want to build some more rapport/compliance with her. if she doesn't reengage, text her in two weeks and say something like "happy (whatever day it is)" and then jump into some conversation
