I've updated my pics and am getting fairly consistently 2-4 "8's" matches a day (only been using hinge since my tinder was shadow banned but just got it back) but most just aren't responding/really engaging. Opening with things like 'I get the feeling we wouldn't completely hate each other on a first date' 'I may be wrong but you seem like someone worth getting to know' 'NAME...you aren't crazy, right?'
How long do you give a girl to respond before you assume she's seen the message and is just ghosting? A day? A week?

You have a good physique. Why not more pictures shirtless? My tinder is 4 shirtless photos, a couple with friends and one face photo
A line I like to use a lot when they’re wearing a dress in one of thier pics I say “wear that cute little dress on our date” try that or if they have a pic of them sitting at a restaurant I say “you on our romantic date” always get a response with those.
