I think the Daddy comment was too strong (unless there's stuff specifically about being a sub in her profile). I would have gone with something like "well I don't do the whole 'submit to commands' thing, she who remains nicknameless :)". I think your game up to this point was strong though
I think she's just being a bit firm with you as a test to see if you'll back down. I could be wrong. Maybe just say "I like the sound of Mistress Vix" with a winky face emoji and transition into something more playful
