Double text or move on girl that flaked on day of first date?

I matched this cute chick on bumble. We had a good convo and already set the day and activity (drinks) for our first date a week ahead. Then I was sick so didn't text her for 4 days. I then texted her last sunday on bumble saying I had been recovering from sickness and suggested time and place for our date that upcoming tuesday.

Her (that tuesday morning): Hey (my name), sorry I have to reschedule then.

A few mins after sending that text she deleted her entire bumble account (didn't unmatch me). I thought this situation was so weird so I did the following: I treated it like she blocked me and used the advice from Alex's video about girls that block you. I quickly found her ig and sent dm. I found out her objection, she is convinced she must focus on career because she MIGHT make career switch and move away soon. Spotting this, I tried breaking her frame by pointing out it's just a casual drink and her moving plans are still tentative. She hearted my message about 24 hrs ago but hasn't responded yet.

Should I leave it at this or do you guys think I can still get this girl on date later by giving her space or by double texting?
