Why would you shit on the father of her son? Seems like an extremely beta move. Whenever a girl mentions her ex I would just ignore it as much as possible. This topic is a minefield of shit-tests which are hard to pass.

Just ignore. Continue with a different topic. Why make such a disrespectful comment with "sperm donor"? She explained the situation. It would just really show you as not very socially calibrated.
