Confused by long wait time and double texted

We texted each other for a little and she had pretty quick and detailed responses and seemed pretty engaged. Until she just didn’t respond to my messages on Sunday. I decided to double text because I have nothing to lose. She still took another whole day to respond and wanted to know what I should do. I do feel a little disappointed by it because he went from really good to like no responses but her replies sound like that she’s pretty interesting so I don’t know what to do with it and how to take it. Let me know on a response. Should I confront her which I feel like I shouldn’t but also I don’t want to let it go just like that so I’m not sure what’s the best course of action to do. And yes the Netanyahu line was because she’s Palestinian, I searched her up on IG and saw the flag but it doesn’t mention it anywhere on her dating account so maybe she knows I looked her up.
