I am skinny. However, I have Gynecomastia. No matter how fit you are, those man boobs will still exist. In fact, they are going to stick out more when you are fat. I have people who laugh at me for my man boobs. I do not want to spend money and take the risk to remove the man boobs.

The problem is if I wear fit clothes instead of baggy clothes, the man boobs will be more shown. I know this one turn off the majority of girls.
What would be good clothing for men who are skinny/fit but have Gynecomastia?
You really only need to worry about it for the pics. In person, you can make up for everything with your great personality and character and charm.
Get some compression shirts and when you go to take photos make sure you wear it underneath - it will help a lot.
I struggled with gynocomastia too, and while I did get the reduction surgery, this helped a lot back then.
