So, this girl was previously invested and I wanted to find out why it dropped off. Like this chick was writing college resumes and then she plays the low-investment card. There's alot of comfort built up and I want to turn this around towards the soft close again. How should I proceed?
The “so enthusiastic” text was out of context and butthurt. A simple “how’s your day going” would’ve done it.
What do you think I should of said then?
Change the subject from this low-rent nonsense.
"not sure what a watt pad kid is. just been out doing [interesting activity]. how's your day"
