If she's worried about you sterotyping her could also say: "Well I've already made my mind up about you / I think I already know what kind of girl you are 😏" and then she'll probably say "And that is?" And you can compliment and slightly sexualise by saying "xyz with a wild side" or something
So basically my idea would be to show her you're not judgemental, give her a compliment and slightly escalate and sexualize. Don't have full context so can't say exactly what to say
