Advice on Reviving a lost lead

So last year, I met this girl on hinge and we vibed quite well on text and we chatted frequently. She was down to meet up with me but i got occupied with work and then started dating someone else. I also did noting to keep the lead active & now she has stopped responding altogether. My goal with this chick is just to smash (nothing beyond that & if sex is good then keep her around for rotation). What should be my strategy here ? I know she aspires to be a ig diva , so I was thinking of inviting her to a fancy place since I have free access to high end bars and hotels. Am open to alternative suggestions
