Went out with this girl, we had a good first date. Then I ask her out again and get this reply. Worth replying to? If so how to respond? Thanks

Nothing physical happened as I didn't escalate. We just walked, grabbed coffee. We hung out for about 90 mins. I did have a 2nd date scheduled right after so I abruptly ended the date when I saw the time. I'm thinking that might have rubbed her the wrong way.
