I'm no expert, but they don't seem good.
the first 2 have poor poses imo. youre slouching on the 1st and the 2nd just feels ... "beta" ? Its a poor pose, gut feeling.
very forced forced smile on the 3rd pic.
4th pic is good !
Wait for other opinions, but you should check how to get info on how to get good photos tbh as well

tbh id get rid of it. it also has the exagerated smile the 3rd suffers from.
