We talked/texted/FaceTime for 2 weeks and all of a sudden she went quiet. I waited a few days and texted her and she said she’s too busy and will text me when she has time. Any thoughts?

She probably lost interest. Have you guys hung out yet? Or just talk for 2 weeks straight. I did this once and the girl called me out for not asking her out sooner. Just let it be and see if she responds in a few days. If not, just move on and talk to other girls. Also if you talk to her all day and night she might think you have no day job or school. Don't keep hitting her up if she's busy
The weird thing is she keeps sending me snaps/insta messages. That’s what’s got me confused.
What kind of insta messages? Snaps is she prob thirst trapping or just likes attention. Idk it seems she just wasting your time for attention. Maybe you gave her too much and now she thinks you're not of high value or maybe she doesn't even know what she wants. I would leave it alone don't open the snaps and don't read her insta messages for like a week. If she's genuinely interested, she will come back and hit you up via text
