I was wondering what I should do if I close too early. For example, I ask too early in the conversation if she wants to come over and split a bottle of wine and she doesn’t respond.

I can tell you all about it on our wine date

You use a takeaway depending on the situation (also 48hrs+ after the first text) - something like "If you're into that sort of thing..." or if it's her not responding to the number I use "Or carrier pigeons will do..." - hope this helps bro
