So I wanna hit up an ex co-worker I still have her number but haven’t texted/seen her in about two years and I wanna reach out and try and get her to hangout. Any advice on what I should text her? Thanks

Think about conversations you had and things she mentioned as liking or talked about frequently that may make sense. Otherwise another options is you can say that you ran into a mutual former co-worker and it made you think of her and ask her how she's doing.
