I'm getting matches but not able to pull

I'm getting a 2-3 matches in a week. But as I lead conversation towards meeting up or having a date with her, she is not responding well and then no reply. this happening with almost 7-8 matches. And some of them swipe right have some conversation and unmatched. Please help me to get out of this.
