Yes I’m natty. 5ft 9 78 kg. I’ve been training for about 4 years. Squat 180 kg; Bench 125 kg and deadlift 210 kg

nice, did you bulk first before you cut? if so, curious what weight did you bulk to?

and do you know your arm and chest measurements

I bulked to about 96 kg, but I probably overdid the bulk slightly. And I don’t know my measurements.
