I want to change pictures and city, any insight is welcome

I live in Parma (Italy) 200k, last year i had about 400 hundred macthes total, about 15 dates and 6 lays. After that zero, the profile stopped working. Being in a small city I had to travel for most of the lays, out of all the 6 lays just one was in my city. I'm 36 but i like young party girls age 18/22. The youngest girls i had sex with was actually 18, the oldest 25. It helps they think i'm 25. Never had friends and never had college experiences. I could move to La Spezia, beautifull coastal italian city of just 90k people, easier to get friends and run social circle game, all i would have to do is go to the local tekno clubs and party with me, from experiences all you need to do is make yourself seen 3/4 times always offer a cigarette/ride and you'll be part of some group with 18/20 party girls to run game on. la spezia is a coastal city with huge number of tourist, so tinder might work during the summer, but during the winter i will find myself in a even smaller city compered to the one i'm in now I'm italian so i could also move to other european countires so not sure Any advice? thank you
