No answer for 2 weeks and she reopens the chat Her: so sorry barely on here i have extended the chat now. how is it going Me; typical reply. No reply for a week lol So it seems like she is interested? but not checking the app. how do I write a final msg to move to things to text? "Hey, i believe our conversation is not working out from this app and so it's best we move to text/whatsapp. if you're interested then text me otherwise forever hold your peace. here is # again" is this good?

I guess, she is ignoring you on purpose. try to do normal talk first, and some banter then try to go for soft close then hard close. there is an underlying concern; that's why she is not giving you number.
