I had a good back and forth with this girl and I think she liked my message instead of just replying. I was going to give it another day but how would I follow up if she doesn’t respond

Move the conversation along from the opener and stop using those emojis. Especially the last one. When she said "what's your fav dinner" I would have responded with something like "I'm a big Italian guy myself so pasta or pizza for me, you?" When she responds either keep building investment or if you're feeling ballsy go for the soft close, ie: "Sounds good, looks like we'll have to get _______ (pasta, or whatever she says etc.) sometime"
So just respond with my favorite food and build from there
Nah go with the soft close like Alex said if she said something like "no sorry" etc.
