Left on read after setting up 2nd date.

Hi all, I started talking to this girl on FB dating. We went on a first date that went really well and lasted for around 4 hours. We had been talking for about a week in total. She agreed to go on a 2nd date. The 2nd date got cancelled due to poor weather. She reached back out the next day to ask when we should reschedule for. She left me on read and stopped responding after agreeing that this Wednesday would work for her. Any thoughts on what went wrong and what the follow up should be? The last time she messaged was this past Saturday 3 days ago. Last I messaged was Monday after getting no response since Saturday. * 5/25 Update I sent the following text last night. “ Hey, are we still good for Tomorrow? There’s a 7:45 showing. I can’t be out too late either.” She read it within a few minutes and did not respond.
