To make sure it's not a software issue, reinstall the app.

I had the "no matches" issue, when I was setting up my profile week after week, someday I had to wait a bit longer for the newby boost

Well I had one, but it was one I super liked lol. So it must have popped up first for her? Should I still try to reinstall?
