I think this is a very personal topic and I appreciate you sharing that. The rule that I live by is they are your ex’s for a reason. When you say she is the girl that I “love”, you’re in love with the memories not with her. Also, as cheesy as it sounds there are millions of girls out there that are going to make you the same or even more. My advice: you can reach out to her and see how she’s doing, but don’t expect anything. Focus on yourself and dating other people

Facts, Go into it with No expectation. Im not sure If the "Love" Was from the memories. I was/am generally in love with the girls soul and just the way she moves Through Life.

This is less of a matter of what we think and more of a matter of what YOU WANT.

We are not you. We do not have the feelings that you have for this girl.

From the outside, I would be like "fuck that shit mate, get over it! Start meeting more girls and stop going down that route"

But you're going to be stuck with only two choices:

Contact her and deal with the consequences
Never contact her and deal with the consequences.

A personal take - if she already had a kid, AND is in another relationship, shes moved on wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy beyond you already man.

You reaching out to her will probably confirm that you both not being together was the right move and you'll never get a chance back.

In my opinion, its time to improve your life (gym, books, friends, activities, etc) and move the fuck on. Get over this shit.

I've been there before and realized I'm not with my ex for a reason. No need to re-pursue. There's many women out there. Let yourself have a chance at winning at life with another person.

If anything, focus on building a network of new friends, find a new hobby, binge watch PWF videos and try new shit. If she's the only thing that's on your mind all day, that is a very low value way of thinking.
